Optimists Without Borders will realize its social objective, especially by :
1. Create a Study and Documentation Centre to hold material relating to optimism.
2. Promote the establishment and coordination of Regional Associations.
3. Set up Study Groups in the fields of philosophy, law, technology, finance, ethics, translation, etc.
4. Create an Optimists Without Borders computer network for members’ use.
5. Organise an Annual Congress of Optimists.
